Wiring/Electrical AssemblerAkron, OHPay range: $20 to $25+ per hour with a first shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.Job DescriptionWireman/Electrical Assembler: You will be responsible for assembling and installing electrical components and control devices into custom-built equipment. Your typical day will include assembling electrical components and control devices to large subassemblies and completed units, performing basic wiring of simple circuits, using basic power tools, reading electrical schematics to ensure units meet specifications, and preparing units for shipping.
2+ years’ experience in the electrical assembly / wiring field
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Ability to accurately and quickly read a tape measure
Experience using hand and power tools for assembly
Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
Work Site: This is a fully on-site position in Akron, Ohio.
Very clean working environment.
Don't fabricate any metal in the shop, everything is ordered from outside and they simply put everything together like a puzzle.
